5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer FREE next-day delivery to the continental United States when orders are placed before midnight (server time). Hawaii, Alaska, and overseas territories receive standard shipping (5-7 business days). While we strive to meet delivery estimates, they are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been delivered to the address you provided.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee on all hearing aid purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 45 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

• The product is in its original condition
• All accessories and packaging are included
• You contact us to initiate the return process
• The product is returned using our provided return label

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective products or our error.

7. Warranty
