FREE Next-Day Delivery!
We offer FREE next-day delivery to all addresses in the continental United States when you order before midnight (server time). No minimum purchase required!
*Free next-day delivery excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and overseas territories. Standard shipping (5-7 days) available for these locations.
Delivery Times
- Next-Day Delivery (FREE): Order before midnight for delivery the next business day
- Hawaii & Alaska: 5-7 business days
- Overseas Territories: 7-10 business days
Next-Day Delivery Guarantee: Orders placed before midnight (server time) will be shipped the same night and delivered the next business day to continental US addresses. Orders placed after midnight will be delivered the following business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. The carrier will be specified in your shipping confirmation email.
Return Policy

Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 45 days of delivery
- In original condition with all accessories and packaging
- Return must be authorized by our team (contact us first)
- Product must be undamaged (normal wear from testing is acceptable)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-molded hearing aids (unless defective)
- Ear tips and domes (hygiene items)
- Batteries and cleaning supplies
- Opened accessories (unless defective)
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email us at info@sonicassist.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label
- Pack Securely: Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship It Back: Attach the provided shipping label and drop off at any USPS location
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we receive and process your return.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective Products: Free return shipping (we provide prepaid label)
- Wrong Item Sent: Free return shipping (our error)
- Change of Mind: Free return shipping within 45-day guarantee period
- After 45 Days: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

We want you to have the perfect hearing aids! If you need to exchange your purchase for a different model or style:
- Contact us to discuss your needs
- Return your current device following the return process above
- Place a new order for the desired product
- Once we receive your return, we'll refund any price difference or charge for additional cost

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@sonicassist.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We'll arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping at no cost to you.
